i've not been able to play tennis since my back surgery
but then, i only had 2 strokes i could do... a backhand with heavy topspin and a forehand with heavy topspin.. never learnt to slice or hit it flat

i can never do backhands leh. tennis or badminton also liddat.
it'll either be inaccurate (no control over where the ball goes) or no strength. -

i think it's down to brute force... something which i was very familiar with
ladies, usually gotta learn the technique and finesse the stroke properly.. and i bet you, if you did learn the technique, you'd look great doing it coz ladies do
