Imagine there was one time i worked from 8am to 1~2am consecutively for 3months (NO OT)....tmd....guess what..i was late for 20mins the other day n they deduct my pay...tmd......luckily me now out of that company liao....now in U.S MNC....100x better.......
So, if wanna switch job, muz NOT look for local companies...
