Do somethings to pre-occupied urself so that u can forget about the issues that have been bothering u.Talk with a friend about it or post it in AA
Mm probably escape from the situation or matters that trigger ur problem for the time being?
Anyway, don't worry too much. Worry is a misuse of imagination! if u can do something about it, do it but if you can't then accept it. It helps.
